The Redbirds are one win away from a trip to the FCS championship game in Frisco, Texas.
Illinois State fans across the country will be watching Saturday, December 20, when the visiting Redbirds take on No. 1 New Hampshire. Here’s everything you need to know for the big game:
TEAM SEND-OFF
Fans will be able to wish the players good luck and send them off to New Hampshire in style.
The team send-off will be Friday, December 19, outside the Kaufman Football Building, near Hancock Stadium. Fans are urged to arrive by 9:15 a.m., and greet players as they begin to load the buses to head to the airport at 9:55 a.m. Parking will be available in the Ropp Lot (lot G-83), adjacent to where the buses will be parked.
WATCH PARTIES
Nearly 20 official Redbird football watch parties are planned across the U.S., including several in Bloomington-Normal, Chicagoland, Denver, Dallas, St. Louis, Atlanta, and New Orleans.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Central time. Registrations aren’t required for any of these events, but plan on arriving early since space is not guaranteed. Check out the full list of watch parties.
